1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Besana strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes children.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, or generated material.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, solicitation, or coercion involving a child.
- Requests for, distribution of, or promotion of sexual content involving children.
- Content or behavior that facilitates or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Besana provides users with in-app reporting tools to report users, content, or behavior that may violate our safety standards.
Child safety concerns can also be reported directly to Besana at support@besana.app.
Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety matters.
3. Enforcement
When Besana becomes aware of content or activity that violates these standards, we may remove the content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where required, and take other appropriate safety measures.
We do not permit users to use Besana to create, upload, share, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate CSAM or CSAE.
4. Cooperation With Authorities
Besana complies with applicable child safety laws and legal obligations. Where required by applicable law, confirmed or suspected illegal child sexual abuse material or exploitation may be reported to the appropriate regional, national, or other competent authorities.
Besana may also preserve and provide relevant information when legally required to support investigations and protect users.
5. Age and Community Safety
Besana is intended for adults aged 18 and over. However, restricting the service to adults does not replace our responsibility to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Any attempt to use Besana to exploit, groom, endanger, or sexualize a child is prohibited regardless of the stated age of the account involved.
